Recently, we have had two significant developments. To expand our business, we have moved from Lexington Avenue to Long Island City. In addition to our over half-a-century of combined expertise in repairing antique and semi-antique Oriental rugs and European tapestries, we now have increased our capacity of hand-washing and repairing them at our new location. Undoubtedly, your precious hand-woven rugs must receive the utmost in expert cleaning and repair services to maintain their beauty and integrity for generations. We are committed to providing you with the same meticulous service as we have provided to several museums, an auction house, and many collectors. Building long-term business relationships with our clients is the most important aspect of our mission. As for our second important update, we have significantly increased our collection of fine antique and semi-antique rugs through our recent acquisitions from overseas. We are now compelled to share our excitement of owning this exquisite collection with our valued clientele.

The Mission of the St. Petersburg Museum of History is to collect, preserve and communicate the history and heritage of Florida with emphasis on St. Petersburg and the Pinellas Peninsula. Pinellas County’s oldest museum was founded in 1921 as the St. Petersburg Memorial Historical Society. Through the determination and effort of Mary Wheeler Eaton and others, the Society began collecting artifacts, natural history specimens, archival documents, photographs, papers, and “boxes of unknown treasures that were just dropped on our doorstep during the night.” In 1922, the Society became incorporated and the city of St. Petersburg provided the use of an old aquarium building (located on the same site as today’s Museum) for the public display of the Museum’s collections

Established in 1996 by Enrico Peyer, the gallery's ambition has always been helping individuals, museums and foundations around the world build and add to their collections of paintings, sculpture and drawings. Back then the exhibition space of the gallery was located at Rämistrasse in Zurich, in the same building as the famous Zurich Kunsthaus museum. Peyer Fine Art offers an eclectic selection ranging from old masters, impressionism, classic modern and even the occasional exhibition of contemporary artists. Since 2009 we have shown our works to art collectors and curators in the elegant and enjoyable environment of our new showroom in downtown Zurich. The gallery provides consulting services in all art matters. More recently, the gallery has expanded its focus on classic modern and 20th century art.
Hi, I am Heidi, I think Berlin is a amazing city and I would love to show you around. It caused quite the stir in my family when I first chose to move to Berlin, (my grandmother having fled Austria in 1938), but it has been a fascinating experience. I think Berlin is one of the most interesting cities in the world and I have traveled extensively. It is not that it is the most beautiful city, although it does have some lovely parts. It is not a city to look at, it is a city to understand. It is the history that has created it’s unique atmosphere. The scars that are left from the Second World War and the Holocaust are heart breaking. How this society has come to terms with its past and deals with its present is at the heart of what I would like to show you. The city has so much to offer, from world famous sites to hidden treasures and over 150 museums. It would be my pleasure to bring it all together (with lots of old photos!) and help you make the most of your time here.
