Hello! I’m Winston Wong, a proud Cancer. The horoscope type! I’m a lover of tofu, Aeropress made coffee, sticky rice rolls and all things related to cycling, hockey and automobiles.
In my spare time, I’m drawn towards philanthropy. My artistic eye and happy shutter finger were empowered to create fundraising calendars for both Pacific Assistance Dogs and the Canadian Red Cross with fabulous assistance from BMW Brian Jessel’s hot cars and fine models. I’ve helped raise thousands for Japan’s Quake Relief, BC Children’s Hospital, Right to Play and Canuck Place.
Though I’ve won numerous awards for my work, my greatest accomplishment in recent memory was being inspired by my foodie friends to make the omg tasty parisian macaron, with good looking feet too I might add.
Ever since I can remember picking up my own Polaroid camera inspired by those charming kid photos we took with Santa Claus, I knew photography was something near and dear to my heart and a perfect creative outlet for my artistic soul. Fast forward 15 years of experience with photography later, we arrive at the present day and my passion and skills towards this craft continue to refine, evolve and grow stronger.
I’m drawn to appreciate the finer things in life. People included. I am a visual story teller. You have a life story. Perhaps our stories are based on real life and experiences or perhaps they depict a fantasy, a dream of what we envision. As a visual story teller, it’s my goal to create a scene that makes feel beautiful so that you look beautiful. My imagery aims to transforms you into a beautiful work of art.

Chris Brett is a mixed media artist from Vancouver, Canada. Born and raised in Calgary, Chris grew up pulling influence from the fairgrounds of the Stampede, the train yards of rural Alberta, Mad Magazine, Dr Seuss, and Saturday morning cartoons.
Chris has taken his fascination with graffiti, cartoons & children’s books, and placed it all in the artistic blender creating a world where the fantastical comes together in an adorable and horrible relationship of cartoon violence and surreal landscapes.

The way you view the world shapes who you are. I like to see the world as a blank canvas, it welcomes creativity and desires to be explored. Life is what you make of it. I have the deepest desire to explore and create, a deep love for traveling and achieving seemingly unachievable things. To name a few that have shape my life in the past few years has been volunteering in Peru in a drug rehab centre, cycling solo with a map and a tent from Paris to Barcelona, motorcycling hitchhiking and bussing around Panama/Costa Rica/Nicaragua, driving from Vancouver to Honduras and back through 7 countries totalling 17 000 kms in a pick up truck, working for Subaru Canada doing product presentations in major cities across the country. Became a driving instructor for the Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy teaching advance driving skills. Did national tours with Mercedes-Benz one being from Vancouver Island BC to Newfoundland showcasing a preproduction electric car. Was commissioned to created two enormous prints, one in Vancouver Canada at the Legacy liquor store with a size of 60 feet by 16 feet and the second print in NewCastle England at 175 feet by 15 feet. After much perseverance I recently I achieved my goal of walking on the wings of a flying airplane. Most recently my girl friend and I competed won an adventure race in Indonesia driving a three wheeled tuk tuk through Sumatra, Java and Bali accumulating over 3500 kilometers.
