Baja Tavern and Eats (Cape Canaveral)
The menu contains a fusion of California-Caribbean cuisine featuring fresh seafood and a variety of salsas made from fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Baja’s menu is moderately priced offering a variety of items such as fresh Florida fish, served over fresh seasonal vegetable salads or in a one of our signature fish burritos, as well as seafood burritos and a variety of chicken, fresh seafood, pork and beef dishes prepared “Island Style”. Any of our signature dishes can be made special for you using our fresh salsa bar to top your salads, tacos or sandwiches.
Owners, Norman and Hank Kolsch, have been restaurateurs in the state of Florida nearly thirty years. Hank will be adding to Baja Tavern menu selections by making his local favorites; including soups and chowders. And for those of you that are familiar with Chowders Seafood Grill, we will be bringing some of your favorites to Baja Tavern, including pan-fried grouper, key-lime shrimp and of course, our award-winning clam chowder.
