We calculate how many calories your body burns per day based upon your muscle mass and activity level. Learn how many calories you should be eating to lose fat, maintain your weight or to increase muscle mass.
DXA scans are considered the gold standard in body composition measurement. The process is safe, quick and painless. Repeat scans every three to six months will allow you to measure changes in muscle and fat mass.
Lean tissue is healthy. Excessive body fat is not. Your scales can't tell the difference, but a Bodycomp scan can.
